You can pay for some services online or through our Automated Telephone System (ATS) 24 hours a day.

Make a Payment 
If you are in a public place we strongly advise you to make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details.
An additional fee of 1.5% of the transaction value is payable on payments by credit card for some services. This goes towards the cost of providing a credit card payment facility.
We accept online payments for:
- Non Domestic Rates,
- Council Tax, Rents,
- Brown Bins,
- Sundry Debtors,
- Car Park Excess Charges and
- HB Overpayments.
Data stored and transmitted to the Council is certified completely secure, confidential a nd your details will not be used for any other purpose.

You can also make payments to our automated telephone payments system by calling
01473 829024.
Please make sure you have the bills you want to pay, and your credit or debit card to hand.
Availability
Please note that these systems are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for a short period from 11pm hrs to 11:20pm Mondays to Fridays. Payments made after 11:20pm are credited the following working day.
