We are upgrading the IT Systems for Mid Suffolk District Council and Babergh District Council Council Tax, Business Rates, Council Tax Benefit and Housing Benefit as part of an ongoing partnership to improve services. As a result these IT systems will not be accessible from 22nd November 2011 until 15th December 2011.
During this period we will not be able to process moves, New Claims or changes. You should still report moves and changes and submit New Claims during this period, do not delay contacting us.
