Expressions of interest are invited from experienced contractors wishing to be considered for a Replacement PVC-u Window and External Door Programme to the Council’s Housing Stock, throughout the Babergh district. Contract term - 1st November 2010 - 31st March 2015.
Deadline for expressions of interest: Friday 23rd July 2010.
Deadline for completed PQQ: 12 Noon Friday 6th August 2010.

Licence to Operate Open Air Market at Old Market Place, Hadleigh
Babergh District Council wishes to invite tenders for the licence to operate an open air market on Council owned land at Old Market Place, Hadleigh on not more than two days per week except Sundays.
The licence will be for a period of 5 years commencing on or about 15th October 2010.
The site is suitable for approximately 12 stalls. Further particulars including the conditions of the operator’s licence and a form of tender can be obtained from the undersigned.
The closing date for the receipt of tenders is noon on Friday 3rd September 2010.
