“Babergh is very fortunate in having so many residents who give up their precious spare time to make life better for others in their local community” remarked John Roberts, Babergh District Council’s Chairman after presenting 24 Community Achievement Awards to some of the area’s unsung heroes

The awards ceremony was held on 25th February at the Stoke by Nayland Club and allowed Babergh to say “thank you” to those people who with inspiration and courage, are totally dedicated to their local community.
Presided over by BBC Radio Suffolk’s Rachel Sloane, the winners received their Awards from both John Roberts and Robert Audley, Managing Director of Prolog, who for the third year running sponsored the event.
Robert Audley added “As a local company, Prolog are once again delighted to have our name associated with an event which highlights the strength of local communities”
