David & Celia Cobbold
David and Celia have lived in Belstead for nearly 40 years. Over the years they have both contributed a great amount of their time and effort into the history and activities of the village. David was a stalwart of the Parish Council for many years and as Chairman has taken on various issues particularly that of keeping the village's character.
