Sophie is a volunteer with the Suffolk Befriending Scheme. She helps run the Drop in Centre on Thursdays, welcoming new members and helping to run the programme of activities. Sophie is a sociable caring individual who is both reliable and enthusiastic and is able to talk to the members and make them feel special. Sophie has also helped to promote volunteering at Great Cornard School and has many ideas on how the Scheme can encourage more young people to become volunteers.
