Joan Eagle - Burstall

Summary

Details of award presented to Joan Eagle

Joan Eagle receiving her award

Joan is 78 and worthy of recognition for the selfless way in which she has always been there for others, in so many ways, for nearly 50 years in the village of Burstall.  Joan has been a member of the Womens Institute, the Village Hall Committee, the PCC and the Parish Council over many years and has also given 20 years voluntary service to the Elderly Persons Home at Angel Court in Hadleigh.  Joan's acts of kindness, care and concern for others are well known in Burstall and all this work is carried out in a very quiet, unassuming way.
