In accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 13, the Chief Executive will report the receipt of the following petition. There can be no debate or comment upon this matter at the Council meeting.
B/08/01182 – Extraction of sand and gravel on land north and south of Winthrop Hall, Newton Road, Chilton
Petition, objecting to the proposed development, signed by approximately 275 residents of the district. The petition will be reported to and considered by the Development Committee at its meeting to be held on 17 September 2008.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES
Local Government Review – Response to the Boundary Committee’s Draft Proposals for Suffolk (Strategy Committee)
Report by the Chief Executive attached which is being considered by the Strategy Committee at its meeting on 18 September 2008. Any recommendations of the Strategy Committee will be reported to the meeting.
