To confirm and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 7 September 2011 as a correct record.

PETITIONS
The Director of Corporate Services to report, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 13, the receipt of the following petition submitted to the Chief Executive.
B/11/01022 – Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to remove Condition 5 attached to pp B/01/00828/OUT. Removal of restriction limiting occupation of the house to those employed at the adjoining site (currently the Bull Public House) The Old Orchard, Bury Road, Thorpe Morieux.
Petition signed by 20 residents of Babergh expressing support for the application.
The petition will be taken into account when the planning application is considered, in accordance with paragraph 1.9 of the Council’s Petition Scheme.
In accordance with Council Procedure Rules, the Chief Executive will report the receipt of the petition to the Council Meeting on 27 September 2011.

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS
The Chairman to answer any questions on any matters in relation to which the Council has powers or duties which affect the District and which fall within the terms of reference of the Committee of which due notice has been given in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 15.4 – (a) and (b).

SITE INSPECTIONS
In addition to any site inspections which the Committee may consider to be necessary, the Chief Planning Control Officer will report on any other applications which require site inspections.
The provisional date for any site inspections is Wednesday, 12 October 2011.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR DETERMINATION BY THE COMMITTEE
Schedule of applications attached.
An Addendum to Paper L76 will be circulated to Members prior to the commencement of the meeting summarising additional correspondence received since the publication of the agenda but before 12 noon on the working day before the meeting together with any errata. |
