Mrs M O Munson declared a personal interest in respect of the item referred to in Minute No. 5 below by virtue of being a Member of Hadleigh Town Council.
RESOLVED
That the Minutes of the meeting held on 29 June 2007 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.

The Director of Corporate Services submitted a report (Paper H205) requesting approval to grant consent to fence in land which would form part of the area to be used for the proposed Hadleigh Community Facility.
The reason behind the requirement was explained in a letter from the Project and Programme Executive attached as Appendix A to Paper H205. Attached as Appendix B was a plan showing the areas proposed to be fenced in.
The Committee when considering the proposal accepted that the construction of the Hadleigh Community Facility would be of benefit to the Hadleigh Pool.
RESOLVED
That consent for the fencing in of the land outlined in green on the plan which forms Appendix B to Paper H205, for an initial period of six months to be subject to review on expiry of that period, be granted.
The business of the meeting was concluded at 9.45 a.m.
