RESOLVED

That Mr P J Holbrook be elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year

No interests were declared.

4.  MINUTES

RESOLVED

That the minutes of the meetings of the Committee held on 17^th March 2005 (a.m. and p.m.) be confirmed and signed as correct records.
