The Council provides a service for the removal of domestic items such as beds, chairs, carpets and also white goods, e.g. cookers, washing machines, fridges and freezers.
The current charge for this service is £22 for up to 5 items, of which one can be a fridge or freezer.

If you are able to transport bulky items yourself then these can be taken to your Local Household Waste and Recycling Centre (run by Suffolk Council Council) and disposed of free of charge.
