Dog Fouling

Under the Dogs (Fouling of Land Act) 1996 it is an offence if a person in charge of a dog fails to remove faeces from designated land.

Dog fouling is unpleasant and can pose a threat to health so please ensure that you bag it and bin it in one of the many dog bins that are provided across the district (if a dog bin is unavailable, double bag faeces and place in your residual waste wheeled bin).
