Introductory Tenancy Agreement

Summary

Introductory Tenancy Agreement- this is a non secure tenancy

An Introductory Tenancy (pdf, 39kb) is not a secure tenancy.  It may become a Secure Tenancy after the period of one year provided the Council has not had to seek to end the tenancy.   Your behaviour and conduct, and that of your family, friends and visitors will be monitored to assess whether or not the Council needs to extend the introductory period or end the tenancy before it becomes Secure.
