Artist Opportunity
An artist is sought to work on two Suffolk Wildlife Trust sites with visitor's from Mid Suffolk and Babergh to:
- Run 3 x 1 hour workshops with children and their families at each site linked to themes of the event – fairytales and magic.
- To create an installation on site that can be added to by the public and is sympathetic to its surroundings.
- Research each site and make the art relevant to the natural world around
- Liaise with the storyteller prior to the events to find out how the art workshop can be linked to the story.
- Create small artworks for participants to take away
- Liaise with representatives of Mid Suffolk District Council, Babergh District Council and Suffolk Wildlife Trust as appropriate.
