Athletics club at the Peninsula Sports Centre in Holbrook

Do you like athletics? Are you aged 7+?
You can learn new skills in Sportshall Athletics;

  • Javelin,
  • Hurdles,
  • Discus,
  • Hammer,
  • Standing long jump,
  • Standing triple jump,
  • Vertical jump,
  • Speed bounce, and
  • Relays.

Weekly sessions are  only £3.50 and are from 6 - 7pm. For more information see the Athletics poster (PDF, 40Kb).

    Health Walks

    Think you could be more active? Then come and join us for a lunchtime walk, get some fresh air, meet new people and enjoy some refreshments after the walk.

    Babergh District Walks programme  January -April 2012

    Each Walk starts at 12:00 will last approximately 45- 60  minutes and you can walk at your own pace.   No need to book just turn up on the day. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first walk  to complete a registration form.
