- Discus,
- Hammer,
- Standing long jump,
- Standing triple jump,
- Vertical jump,
- Speed bounce, and
- Relays.

Babergh District Walks programme January -April 2012
Each Walk starts at 12:00 will last approximately 45- 60 minutes and you can walk at your own pace. No need to book just turn up on the day. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first walk to complete a registration form.
In praise of Babergh's Health Walk Programme "When I first joined in with the walks I was not too strong due to illness but my fitness level has now increased and I have had the opportunity to meet some very nice people in the process" (4th November 2010)
