Building Control Data and Documents Online
Summary
|
Documents Online enables you to search for the status of Building Regulation Applications and print copies of documentation. Building Regulation records are not public, so the information available is limited.
|
|
|
Please ensure you read the following before proceeding to the Data Online Search. The link to the search can be found at the bottom of the page.
The system is updated each evening and is therefore up to date with changes made on our system the previous working day.
Invalid or withdrawn applications are not displayed and currently no details of applications received prior to 2000 can be accessed online.
The documentation available is currently limited to Decision Notices and Completion Certificates dated after 01/01/2008.
Where an application has /01 or /02 on the end, this represents the resubmission number. A resubmitted application follows the rejection of the original application, the application with the highest resubmission number will be the current one.
Applications showing the decision "Removed from current applications" have been archived following an extensive period of inactivity on them.
Please note, only limited details of the following application types are held at Babergh District Council: CP = Competent Persons Scheme - The owner or occupier of the property should hold any completion certificates. CF = Cavity Fill - The owner or occupier of the property should hold any completion certificates. IN = Approved Inspector - The approved inspector, owner or occupier of the property should hold any decision notices or completion certificates.
