Search planning applications on our new planning pages. Search for specific applications and appeals, use the Advanced Search or browse the various registers of planning applications as well as view conditions and reasons attached to the application.  The data that is displayed on these pages is updated daily. 

Note: Planning reference numbers must be entered in the format B/00/000 for example the application B/08/00911/FUL should be entered as B/08/00911.

Restrictions of the planning application information available on this website

  • Only applications registered after the date of 24/09/07 have documentation and consultee responses available on this website.
  • At this point in time we are testing functionality so it may not be possible to view all of the documentation or all of the consultees responses for some of the applications.
  • Plans, drawings and other materials submitted to the local authority are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (section 47). You may only use materials which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with pervious schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without prior permission of the copyright owner.

Development Committee

Development Committee (the committe that discusses planning applications) meet on Wednesdays on a 4 weekly cycle. All meetings are held at the Council Offices in Hadleigh and start at 9.30 am. Development Committee agendas and minutes of meetings.
